For any facilities requests in the following buildings, please fill out this web form and a staff member will assist you:

Emergency Requests
- To report an emergency outside of normal business hours, please contact facilities directly by calling (530)-752-1655.
Request Types
Here are some examples of what kind of issues you can submit requests for:
- Water damage to ceiling tiles, leaks
- Problems with air conditioning
- Clogged or overflowing toilets
- Rekeying requests
- Floor cleaning requests
- Lights not turning on, lightbulb replacements
