Major Advising Appointments for Psychology, Cognitive Science, Philosophy, and Science & Technology Students
Major advising is your go-to place for questions about your PSC, CGS, PHI, or STS major. We can help you plan out major requirements, choose classes that fit your interests, and explore how your major connects to careers or grad school.
It’s different from College of Letters & Science Advising: they focus on university and college requirements (like General Education, unit minimums, or policies that apply to all L&S students). We focus only on your major. If you have questions outside your major—like GEs, college requirements, or university rules—L&S advising is the right place to go.
- Remote appointments take place through Zoom. Look for a link in your confirmation email.
- In-Person appointments are held at the Blue Ridge Office Building.
